Strong & Steady

Strong & Steady is a strength-building yoga class designed to help you feel grounded, empowered, and resilient. Flow through postures with intention and control, focusing on alignment and engaging your muscles to build endurance and stability.

 

This class combines dynamic movement with mindful awareness, challenging your body while keeping you connected to your breath. To complete your practice, enjoy an extended 15-minute stretch session to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

 

Perfect for those looking to enhance their strength and mobility in a supportive, steady-paced environment.

Slow & Stretchy with Aromatherapy

This class is a grounding blend of gentle movement and deep, sustained stretches designed to help you unwind, release tension, and nourish your body from the inside out. Mindful, slow-paced movements ease you into longer held postures that support flexibility, mobility, and a sense of calm.

 

Aromatherapy is thoughtfully woven into the practice, with essential oil blends crafted to complement the theme of the class and enhance your overall experience. Each session closes with a comforting savasana, where you’re offered the option of a warm towel and grounding hot stones to support deeper rest and reset.

 

Perfect for all levels, including beginners and anyone seeking a slower, more intentional practice. This class is ideal for winding down at the end of the day, releasing stored tension, and supporting recovery between more active movement.

Sculpt & Elevate

Step into a transformative experience with Sculpt & Elevate! This dynamic class combines yoga, resistance training, strength, and cardio, crafted to empower both body and mind. Utilizing body weight, free weights, and other equipment, we’ll flow through powerful movements set to high-energy, uncensored music that keeps you motivated.

 

You’ll have the freedom to move at your own pace, choosing between using weights or relying on bodyweight exercises, giving you the flexibility to adjust as needed and listen to your body’s needs.

 

This is more than just a workout—it’s a journey to rise above, to build endurance, and to tap into your inner strength. In Sculpt & Elevate, you’ll break through physical barriers and elevate your mindset, leaving each session feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to conquer life’s challenges.

Rest & Restore:
Restorative Yoga + Meditation

A calming, grounding experience that weaves together restorative yoga and meditation to help you unwind from the inside out.

 

Through supported shapes, intentional breath, and meditative pauses, this class invites your body and mind to soften into stillness. A small amount of gentle movement is offered to ease you into and out of poses. Meditation is thoughtfully woven throughout the entire experience to support mental clarity, emotional release, and deep presence.

 

Perfect for those looking to reconnect with themselves, quiet the mind, and refill their inner well.

  • Restorative Yoga: Using props like bolsters and blankets, you’ll be supported in deeply restful postures that help release physical tension and soothe the nervous system.

What to Bring/Wear

Dress in cozy layers, including socks and long sleeves, as your body temperature may shift during deep relaxation.
