Experience Personalized Yoga Guidance Designed Just for You
Whether you’re a beginner starting your yoga journey or an experienced yogi refining your practice, my one-on-one sessions are tailored to meet your unique goals and intentions. These sessions provide the perfect opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga, complement your current practice, or address specific areas such as flexibility, strength, balance, or relaxation.
Private yoga sessions are typically 60 minutes long and may include breathing exercises, meditation, gentle stretching, and traditional yoga poses. Before scheduling your session, we’ll begin with a short initial consultation to discuss your goals, preferences, and the timeframe you're looking to schedule. Following the consultation, you'll receive an intake form to gather more detailed information about your background, movement habits, past injuries or chronic pain, etc. This allows us to thoughtfully design a session that meets you exactly where you are. Each session is customized, offering individualized modifications, assists, and adjustments. Adjustments can be verbal or hands-on, depending on your comfort level. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where you feel at ease.
Sessions are available for individuals, pairs, or families (up to four participants) and can be held in person at the studio or at a location of your choosing. *
