The warmth of hot stones and the healing benefits of the infrared bio-mat enhance the session—melting stress, promoting circulation, and supporting your body’s natural healing process. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. No oils used. This is a fully clothed, hands-on experience designed to leave you feeling grounded, open, and restored.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time. In-person sessions: If your appointment is canceled less than 6 hours before the session, payment will be forfeited. Virtual/live classes: If your appointment is canceled less than 6 hours before the session or you do not show up, payment will not be refunded. Refunds: Cancellations made outside of the 6-hour window are eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed manually and sent back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
