Service Description
This private session is crafted to support connection, movement, and shared presence through the lens of yoga and mindfulness. Whether your family is seeking to build strength, explore stillness, or simply enjoy time together in a meaningful way, each session is personalized to meet your unique goals and energy as a group. We may incorporate movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and moments of stillness or reflection—adapting to the needs and preferences of all ages participating. We’ll keep things flexible based on your preferences and ages involved. *Additional travel fees apply for sessions outside of the studio. Contact me for specific information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time. In-person sessions: If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the session, payment will be forfeited. Virtual/live classes: If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the session or you do not show up, payment will not be refunded. Refunds: Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window are eligible for a refund. Refunds are processed manually and sent back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
